Elle consiste \u00e0 intervenir sur des&nbsp;<strong>machines<\/strong>&nbsp;qui ont des temps d\u2019arr\u00eats longs identifi\u00e9s engendrant des pertes de&nbsp;<strong>productivit\u00e9<\/strong>. Cette m\u00e9thode entra\u00eene des frais de r\u00e9paration \u00e0 chaque r\u00e9vision et une suspension de la production, on peut parler de&nbsp;<strong>sur-maintenance<\/strong>. Enfin, il y a la&nbsp;<strong>maintenance<\/strong>&nbsp;bas\u00e9e sur la condition r\u00e9elle de la&nbsp;<strong>machine<\/strong>&nbsp;et l\u2019identification des signes avant-coureurs de panne, la&nbsp;<strong>maintenance pr\u00e9visionnelle<\/strong>, traduction norm\u00e9e de l\u2019anglais \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>predictive maintenance<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb, commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>maintenance pr\u00e9dictive<\/strong>. Il s\u2019agit de r\u00e9aliser un bilan de sant\u00e9 des&nbsp;<strong>machines<\/strong>&nbsp;et d\u2019appliquer sur les informations collect\u00e9es des algorithmes pr\u00e9dictifs qui identifieront les signes avant-coureurs d\u2019une&nbsp;<strong>interruption<\/strong>. Mais, attention, l\u2019id\u00e9e ce n\u2019est pas de collecter toutes ces informations. Il faut avancer de mani\u00e8re pragmatique. La meilleure des approches consiste \u00e0 identifier une probl\u00e9matique. L\u2019important pour les&nbsp;<strong>industriels,&nbsp;<\/strong>c\u2019est de partir des co\u00fbts de leur&nbsp;<strong>maintenance<\/strong>, des pertes de&nbsp;<strong>productivit\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;et des temps d\u2019arr\u00eats longs sur leurs&nbsp; machines critiques.
